Eligible Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund in the following circumstances:

  • Received item is damaged, defective, or does not match the order description.

  • There is a manufacturing error or print defect in the product.

Requesting a Refund or Return

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and details about the issue, along with supporting photographs if possible.

  • After review, we will advise on the return process, replacement, or refund.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Changes of mind, preference, or any issues not related to the quality or accuracy of the product are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Any damage caused by improper handling after delivery is not covered.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay and credited to your original payment method.

  • The timeframe for processing refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically taking 5–7 business days.
