Eligible Returns and Refunds
You may request a return or refund in the following circumstances:
Received item is damaged, defective, or does not match the order description.
There is a manufacturing error or print defect in the product.
Requesting a Refund or Return
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and details about the issue, along with supporting photographs if possible.
After review, we will advise on the return process, replacement, or refund.
Non-Eligible Cases
Changes of mind, preference, or any issues not related to the quality or accuracy of the product are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Any damage caused by improper handling after delivery is not covered.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay and credited to your original payment method.
The timeframe for processing refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically taking 5–7 business days.
